The following challenges await you:

As Enterprise Architect (m/f/d), you will shape, position and execute the Enterprise Architecture discipline and practices within the Heraeus Group.
You will design and implement enterprise and business architectures that align with the business strategy and IT roadmap.
Furthermore, you will also build and manage architectures that support business objectives while ensuring IT integrity.
You will also be responsible for evaluating and prioritizing IT initiatives and projects in terms of their contribution to the overall enterprise architecture.
You will establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and architects within the organization to ensure close alignment between IT and business units
Last but not least, you will consult and advice IT and business teams in implementing architectural best practices and ensure compliance with defined enterprise architecture standards and guidelines.

Your profile:

Completed degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred
Several years of experience in the development and implementation of enterprise architectures, leadership skills are beneficial
Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, and application architectures, as well as technology trends and their impact on the business environment
Certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent are an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical concepts in German and English
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex business challenges
