The following challenges await you:

  • You will lead the continuous improvement of our ideation and innovation stage gate processes while ensuring seamless integration with project launches.
  • You will also manage our innovation project portfolio, optimizing resources and mitigating risks for successful project delivery and business outcomes. 
  • Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining project management governance, driving improvements in project management capabilities, and providing regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. 
  • Additionally, you will ensure that projects align with strategic objectives, mentor project leaders, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • In this role you will join our Global Innovation Team and report to the Global Head of Innovation

 

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed master`s degree in the field of natural science or engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and resource optimization and the ability to make data-driven decisions 
  • Several years of proven experience in project management within an innovation environment
  • Strong understanding of innovation processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent communication in English & German and interpersonal abilities
