The following challenges await you:

You will lead the continuous improvement of our ideation and innovation stage gate processes while ensuring seamless integration with project launches.
You will also manage our innovation project portfolio, optimizing resources and mitigating risks for successful project delivery and business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining project management governance, driving improvements in project management capabilities, and providing regular project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Additionally, you will ensure that projects align with strategic objectives, mentor project leaders, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In this role you will join our Global Innovation Team and report to the Global Head of Innovation

Your Profile:

Successfully completed master`s degree in the field of natural science or engineering
Demonstrated experience in portfolio management and resource optimization and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Several years of proven experience in project management within an innovation environment
Strong understanding of innovation processes and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Kanban
Excellent communication in English & German and interpersonal abilities
