The primary responsibility of this position is to be the driving force in growing the company sustainably.  Ensure accuracy of financial reporting in a fast growing company and ensure compliance with the group procedures and determine local process and procedures.


Your Role and Responsibilities:


  • Partner with the site management team and develop close working relationships with regional and global finance and operational teams.
  • Prepare reliable and accurate monthly financial statements for management, including deviation analysis from detailed cost understanding of P&L costs and underlying business reasons.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, with supporting backup.
  • Prepare regular reporting, analysis and commentary on sales, order intake, backlog, product margins, manufacturing and SG&A expenses, R&D, inventory, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
  • Manager product costing and inventory valuation.
  • Consolidation of regional monthly financials, forecasts and analysis.
  • Local key user for company-wide SAP system.
  • Prepare capital investment project analysis and track actual costs.
  • Establish procedures and implement process improvements while ensuring an effective internal control framework.


What is required for this role:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting in a manufacturing or R&D environment. The combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, analysis, R&D, capital investments, cost accounting, working capital, cash management and other related areas.
  • Experience creating and maintaining financial models.
  • Ability to work well with others, including building relationships with finance and operational personnel.
  • Ability to work in a start-up environment and establish processes in support of organizational objectives and growth plans.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with a minimum of supervision while meeting deadlines.
