The primary responsibility of this position is to actively and successfully support the end-to-end product design, manufacture and commercial processes; managing customer requirements and specifications, daily coordination with customer and liaising with the relevant departments to provide technical and commercial support to the Sales Account Manager and other business functions.

- Able to work in both production and office setting on a full-time basis.
- Managing action plans with internal stakeholders to support customer requests and activities.
- Actively prepare and participate in customer calls by creating presentations, providing necessary information, and methodically documenting meeting notes and actions items.
- Increasing knowledge of products and manufacturing processes to support the organization (Sales / Customer Service / Product management / Quality).
- Developing customer relationships to strengthen customer engagement on a commercial and technical level.
- Engaging in project related activity with internal colleagues relating to product specifications, production yield, engineering projects, quality assurance, statistical data collection and assessment.
- Acting as a direct liaison between the plant and the customer for topics related to production status and critical customer information.
- Data gathering activities to support customer requirements.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Material Science, Ceramics or Semiconductor Processing or a demonstratable equivalent experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with demanding customers is important.
- Must be reliable working within business hours on site and able to adapt working schedule to customer escalations when necessary.
- Experience with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Following strict safety protocols and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent organizational skills and able to coordinate multiple team members and activities.
