The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct, and coordinate product management activities by setting priorities and maintaining both internal and external communication.

 

The following chalenges await you:

 

  • By introducing a product manager as part of the semiconductor ceramics team in Phoenix, Heraeus Conamic wants to strengthen its position as a solution provider for semiconductor tool OEMs.
  • Introduce new ceramic products to select US based semiconductor OEM’s.
  • Execution of technical clarifications in close cooperation with R&D and production.
  • Technical support of the sales organization (customer service, field service).
  • Cooperation in the preparation of marketing documents and technical data sheets.
  • Creating product specifications that understand the customer’s needs and that of the application. Close working relationship with R&D and engineering colleagues is required to be successful
  • Build and grow customer relationships that allow for an easier flow of communication and technical details
  • Engage in all product related activity with internal colleagues relating to product specifications, production yield, engineering projects, quality, order related details, etc.
  • Act as the direct liaison between the plant and the commercial team in the field. Work closely and develop synergy with key OEM account manager.
  • Be a driving force for new product creation both internally and externally

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or Semiconductor Processing.
  • 3+ years of technical experience in semiconductor, or high-performance ceramics industries is preferred.
  • Methodical approach of creating presentation materials.
  • Strong business focus / entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Effective reporting on meeting contents.
  • Translating meeting contents into products ideas / R&D initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
