Your Role and Responsibilities: 

  • Direct, motivate and engage production workforce to produce quality products.
  • Coordinate and ensure material flows smoothly from department to department and on schedule to assure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain departmental inventory levels and as needed, submits purchase requrisitions to ensure adequare amonuts of raw material on hand, as well as, consumption of processed material in other departments.
  • Coordinate WIP inventory.
  • Responsible for the execution of production schedules.
  • Trouble-shoots product defects and implements corrective action(s).
  • Support company safety program and ensure employees follow safety rules and requirements, adherence to Code of Conduct Guidlines.
  • Support all shifts in the department which will require some night and weekend work.
  • Support selection, training and development, and performance management of employees. Serve as a strong leader and mentor.
  • Adherence to Code of Conduct as applicable to job function:  CoC Guideline No. 1:  Guideline for the Procurement of Products and Services, No. 2:  Guideline for the Prevention of Bribery in Commercial Transactions, No. 3:  Guideline for the Prevention of Money Laundering and Participation in Criminal Acts.

 

What is required for this role: 

  • College degree preferred or equvalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacture supervisor experience.
  • Knowledge of ERP system such as SAP, advanced microsoft excel skills.

  • Well developed leadership skills that inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, critical thinking and analytical skills.
