The following challenges await you: 

• Create, design, and implement a regional marketing strategy to support marketing and sales goals.
• Collaborate with product management and sales teams to create highly tailored messages and campaigns for our Business Line Thick Film. Work with the broader global marketing team to localize and drive initiatives for the Business Line Thick Film outside of the Americas region.
• Lead and develop results-oriented marketing programs that span multiple marketing channels and media.
• Maintain regular, bi-directional communication with local sales, product management and leadership team members on marketing programs and initiatives.
• Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and analytics tools. Implement metrics to track marketing campaigns’ ROI.
• Lead the Heraeus Electronics’ presence externally at key trade shows, conferences, and events (physical and digital). Travel in the field as necessary.
• Oversee various facets of marketing communications including product collateral, white papers, data sheets, emails, slideshows, video promotion, PR, advertising, and social/online presence management.
• Responsible for managing agency and vendor relations including PR, creative, promotional items and digital.

Your Profile:

We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or related field and one to three years of experience in a marketing or sales support role is required. 
• Experience with a technical product is preferred, ideally in B2B environment.  
• A self-starter with proactive project management approach and attention to detail required.  Must be organized, flexible and adaptable to changing requests and requirements, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Content Management Systems and MS creative software such as Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Xd and Acrobat Adobe) is preferred. 
• Experience using a CRM is preferred. Experience with social media (LinkedIn) and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
