The following challenges await you: 

• Develop, implement, and track approved production schedules in order to meet productivity, cost efficiency targets, and inventory goals.
• Prioritize all customer orders.
• Coordinate with purchasing to advise of anticipated materials inventory level requirements.
• Analysis of production forecast to maintain stock levels based on replenish-to-order inventory plan.
• Operate in accordance and in full compliance with all applicable ISO standards and procedures.
• Weekly report on material shortages.
• Responsible for the continuous improvement and accuracy of the MRP System for Production items.
• Responsible for prioritization, accuracy and adhering to quality and safety standards

Your Profile:

• A minimum of an Associates’ Degree and two years of production scheduling experience.
• Basic working knowledge in accounting, purchasing and inventory practices.
• ISO Certification or one year minimum operations experience in an ISO facility.
• Working knowledge of demand flow concepts.
• Detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative. 
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP is required.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology is preferred.
