Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:

 

 

  • Answers and directs phone calls to relevant recipients and coordinates guest visits.  Supports COVID Screening and precautions as required.
  • Prepares reports, memos, spreadsheets, and other documents using MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proper handling of extremely confidential and sensitive information with discretion and high level of professionalism.
  • Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Assists in the coordination of meetings, functions and other projects onsite and offsite.
  • Assists Human Resources with tasks and projects as assigned including but not limited to reporting and site communication.
  • Supports timeclock maintenance to include adding new employees into ADP eTime system.
  • Organizes and supports the new hire orientation process. This includes supporting the hiring manager with the scheduling of orientation activities across departments such as Quality and EHS as well as ensuring the new hire is properly equipped (IT equipment and access, ID badge and physical office space if applicable).

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years experience in an office administration role is required.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office software and have a proven track record of successfully meeting deadlines.
  • Experience creating and modifying PowerPoint presentations required.
  • Experience with ADP eTime is preferred or comparable timeclock configurations.
  • Self-starter with proactive time management approach and attention to detail required.  Must be organized, flexible and adaptable to changing requests and requirements, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
