Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:


  • Further standardize existing products and to support the scale-up process of new products meeting customer specifications and performance requirements.
  • Assist in the creation or revision to the process or other engineering methods of operation to increase production or improve standards to meet customers' specifications.
  • Improve the standardization of existing products to achieve reproducibility and an improved First Pass Yield.
  • Create, modify and maintain standard operating procedures for existing products, product modifications and new products.
  • Utilize expertise to formulate hypotheses and seek or devise novel solutions to technical problems.
  • Coordinate with other Operators and other departments such as R&D, QC and Technical Services.




We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or like field is required.
  • At least 2 years' of experience in a chemical production facility or process engineering role are required. However, a combiniation of education and experience will also be taken into consideration.
  • Self-starter with an attention to detail is desired. 
  • Organizational skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task will help make the candidate successful. 
  • Knowledge of equipment such as pumps, ovens, stirrers, dryers and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance is an added bonus.
