Here are just a few of the things you will get to do: 


  • Share a broader solution to the market that explains not only what each product offers, but also the combined value proposition of the entire product suite.
  • Allocate necessary resources for optimal ROI and identify areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for HEPN’s portfolio of products, their interrelationships and the portfolio’s role in the market.
  • Focuses on additional products HEPN might want to build to address future needs of our customers.
  • Act as the Asian customer liaison, providing technical solutions and support, participating in technical discussions regarding product lines, processes, material applications, and any issues, including on-site servicing and qualification support of new product introductions and existing products.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems or customer complaints. Work on customer line to solve customer complaints and/or process issues. 



We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
  • Expertise in specific technical or industrial knowledge of photoresistor market or related industries highly preferred
  • Proficient stakeholder management building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships internally, externally and across organizational boundaries
  • The ability to influence individuals without having direct authority over them
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
