The following challenges await you: 


  • Develops and leads a team capable of managing all aspects of the production environment, achieving safety, production, quality and cost goals, while meeting customer requirements.
  • Drives a culture of accountability within the production team. Assure all Operators work safely and hazards are resolved quickly.
  • Ensures customer orders and commitments are fulfilled on a daily basis; ensures that production goals are met and we produce the highest quality of product possible, on time.
  • Implements and tracks the approved production schedules to meet productivity, cost and efficiency targets.
  • Reviews batch records and hold employees accountable for completion of all SAP transactions.
  • Facilitates production Gemba board meetings and walks to ensure efficient and effective communication with the production operators regarding KPIS and daily priorities.


Your Profile:


  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in scientific, engineering or related field; the equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • At least five years' of leadership experience within a chemical production environment is highly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to schedule and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with proactive time management approach and attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to adhere to and lead all safety standards.
  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to analyze and provide solutions to team.
