Here are just a few of the things you will get to do: 


  • Plans and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of all products and processes at HEPN.
  • Facilitates the investigation and response to customer complaints and internal issues.
  • Determines and eliminates root causes and diminishes defect occurrences or quality incidents in the process.
  • Supports the Quality Manager with internal and external audits, customer surveys, and responds or resolves corrective and/or preventative actions and verifications.
  • Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities.
  • Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.



We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an ISO-regulated environment and internal auditing and quality control experience supporting a manufacturing environment. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Must have the ability to schedule and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools is needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative is needed.
