Here are just a few of the things you will get to do: 


  • Ensure the Quality System is applied in practice and the associated documentation is complete achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the quality management system, tasks, personnel, and scheduling of tasks.
  • Address customer requests and/or complaints by reviewing specifications, batch records, and other documentation as well as requesting additional testing of retained material.
  • Manage ISO surveillance and renewal audits.
  • Lead customer, vendor and internal audits at Heraeus Epurio.
  • Supervise and develop Quality Management team.
  • Run projects with internal and external customers.



We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in an ISO-regulated environment and internal auditing and quality control experience supporting a manufacturing environment. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Must have the ability to schedule and prioritize effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality tools is needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is highly preferred.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative is needed.
