Here are just a few of the things you will get to do: 


  • Safeguards the Company's assets by implementing the proper controls, policies, and procedures according to GAAP and IFRS and the guidelines set forth by the Company.
  • Establishes and maintains the Site's accounting principles, practices, procedures, and initiatives to maintain accordance with established reporting standards requirements.
  • Reviews the preparation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and make recommendations to site leadership.
  • Coordinates and develops quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts for internal and external management.
  • Reviews and approves capital expenditure requests, including preparing necessary return on investment calculations for external management team.



We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:


  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • At least 10 years’ working experience in a manufacturing accounting environment. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism and ability to meet deadlines is required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and control analysis systems is highly preferred.
  • Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative is needed.
