Here are just a few of the things you will get to do:
- Full finance and compliance responsibility for the Dayton, OH site and member of the Site Lead team.
- Ensures the delivery and quality of financial statements, as well as closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting procedures.
- Supports and guides the business by financial analysis, control, and continuous improvement.
- Ensures timely and accurate delivery of monthly and annual closing procedures.
- Manages the site budget and forecast procedures.
- Provides accurate and valuable fianancial analyses on regular and ad hoc basis.
- Identifies and mitigates financial risks. Suggests and implements profitability measures.

We are looking for people who are not just open to new ideas, but want to bring fresh thinking, energy, and a creative perspective to their work. Some of the traits and qualifications the ideal candidate would possess include:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- At least 6 years’ working experience in a manufacturing accounting environment. The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- At least 3 years' site controlling experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and accounting in a legal entity: closing, costing, controls, planning.
- Good knowledge of US financial regulations as well as IFRS
- People Management experience is required.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism and ability to meet deadlines is required.
- Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and control analysis systems is highly preferred.
- Organizational skills, teamwork skills, the ability to multi-task, and exhibit a high level of initiative is needed.
