Main Tasks:

    • In your role as logistics specialist, you will work together with other department to ensure the seamless process of material management and logistics at our development site in Dresden and organize the internal flow of materials from goods receipt to shipping out.
    • The varied job includes data entry/maintenance in the ERP system, the creation of shipping documents as well as the physical movement of goods as well as the packaging of sensitive and often small components and products.
    • Together with our shipping partners, you organize the pick-up of shipments and thus ensure on-time deliveries to the recipients around the world.
    • The logistics department is also responsible for providing components and subassemblies for pilot production in the clean room to ensure the traceability of our products.
    • You are responsible for the continuous inventory checks and system maintenance, part of the organization team for the annual stock count and thus ensure the availability of all items.
    • As part of the cooperation with the other departments, you will carry out incoming goods inspections.

 

Job Requirements:

    • You have successfully completed vocational training as a logistics clerk or comparable training in the commercial or logistics field.
    • Ideally, you have first experience with ERP systems and enjoy specialized training and further education.
    • Ideally you are familiar with international shipments and the associated shipping requirements and have knowledge of shipping and customs documentation with express service providers.
    • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English. You are solution-oriented, a team player and enjoy working in an international environment.
