Your role and responsibilities:

  • You are a competent authority in Quality Management and support all areas within the site regarding quality related topics, especially the development department and production. 
  • On site you are the responsible person in control of non-conformities, and coordinate implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions
  • You can plan, establish and drive quality and improvement actions throughout the development lifecycle of new products as well as during the serial production phase of products by using standard quality management tools. 
  • Support of cross functional validation and qualification activities for manufacturing processes of components and finished devices, systems or cleaning processes. 
  • In order to prioritize tasks or work instructions, to improve processes you handle equipment qualification in production lines by following GMP regulations, Iso 13485 standards and plan DQ-IQ-OQ-PQ, execute these and create qualification and validation protocols as well as reports.

 

What is required for this role:

  • Engineering degree as well as multiple years relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical industry 
  • Experience in planning, executing, documenting of qualification and validation activities
  • Very good knowledge and ready to use skills with quality tools for quality planning, assurance and monitoring as well as relevant standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDR, MDD, MDSAP)
  • Professional language skills in German and English
  • You are a communicative person, a proactive personality who can interact professionally with a variety of partners within the organization, are detail oriented without loosing the focus on the overall subject and like to work in an environment of continous improvement.
