 The following challenges await you:

  • As part of our toolshop team you will be responsible for the production and repair of injection molding tools, supporting our development site and ensuring the successful implementation of projects in the field of medical devices and disposable medical products.
  • You will collaborate with our Product Design Department to manufacture fixtures and tools in various project phases for our mostly international customers.
  • You may also be involved in small-series manufacturing to support all departments.
  • You will carry out the inspection of models, prototypes, molds and tools, as well as their documentation, diligently and in accordance with the standards.
  • You are able to independently support pilot production,  for example by programming machines, setting up processes and coordinating with other cross functional departments.

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a toolmaker or an equivalent degree, as well as good technical understanding, skill, and a strong interest in practical experiments and prototyping.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience in a production/ industrial environment or toolmaking company.
  • Proficient handling of CNC-controlled and conventional machine tools, and experience with CAD/CAM systems, with knowledge of SolidWorks and Mastercam being advantageous.
  • Teamwork skills, high commitment, and flexibility.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
