In this position you will be a critical advisor to Senior Management through supporting the development of sales excellence at Heraeus Medical Components.


This position may be located in White Bear Lake or Fridley, Minnesota.

The following challenges await you:

  • Advise and provide business insights to sales management through the identification of sales trends and the development of leading and lagging KPIs – using data from the relevant sales systems (e.g. ERP and CRM)
  • Architect and implement custom reports (e.g.in CRM) to support monthly sales reporting and key business decisions for the greater sales organization
  • Together with the CRM key user, drive data integrity and continuous enhancement of the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure Heraeus stays current with new technology and best practices
  • Leverage data-science and digital tools to promote accuracy in monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Lead projects for enhancements related to sales process improvements, data architecture, analytical tools, system upgrades and user experience initiatives


Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or other data-driven discipline  
  • 2+ years of professional experience conducting quantitative analysis and custom reports 
  • 2+ years of experience using and customizing Customer Relationship Management systems (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to distill complex data and information into clear insights for Senior Leadership
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-minded and focused on problem solving
