The Senior HR Project Manager, Organizational Effectiveness position is for an execution-minded team player who excels in cross-functional project management and enjoys simultaneously working on a diverse range of HR and organizational effectiveness topics. Working closely with Medevio’s Global HR Leader, team of HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise and other teams, this role is integral to the successful coordination and implementation of global and US HR projects, cyclical HR programs, employee engagement, talent, learning & development and DEI initiatives. In addition, the role will lead HR process and systems improvements initiatives for Medevio which are a key success factor for the team, and help strengthen our ability to use data (e.g. through dashboards and thoughtful KPI) to measure the team’s progress on key HR capabilities and initiatives.

 

The ideal candidate for this role combines a love of planning, project management and data with a background in managing diverse HR topics throughout the candidate and employee lifecycle as well as process improvement initiatives that will allow them to bring their own ideas to the development, continuous improvement, implementation and communication of Medevio’s HR practices and initiatives. The Following Challenges Await You:

  • Provide global project and program management leadership in the rollout of a variety of talent, leadership development, employee survey and other employee programs and initiatives

  • Work with global HR team to develop, update and continuously track the project plan for key initiatives on global HR Roadmap

  • Develop & maintain annual global HR calendar for one-off and cyclical initiatives

  • Work with internal and external teams and data to maintain and develop HR KPI Dashboard

  • Manage internal and external HR services providers

  • Stay on top of best practices for global projects.

 

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business or related discipline; advanced degree/certifications desirable

  • A minimum of 7 years (or 5+ years with advanced degree) of experience in Human Resources including experience managing large and complex projects

  • Demonstrated experience in HR process and systems improvement across all aspects of the candidate and employee lifecycle

  • Proficiency with project management and communication tools, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, understand and communicate people data and key metrics

  • Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills to quickly build and maintain relationships and trust with stakeholders across the globe

  • Ability to communicate concisely and precisely in presentations, candidate and employee process and policy documents, guidelines, program and initiative collateral, etc.

  • Previous exposure to HRIS systems and global report generation strongly preferred.  Experience with SuccessFactors helpful.

  • A self-starter with a relentless commitment to follow-through and excellent attention to detail, data and priorities who can operate with minimal direction, take initiative, and be resourceful in problem-solving.
