  • Complete resource planning/reporting to achieve project deliverables.
  • Develop and improve project management tools, systems, and processes alongside project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct project portfolio scenario analysis as needed to inform tradeoffs.
  • Partner with Finance and Portfolio Management to support business case development and ROI assessments for projects and capital expenditures.
  • Establish strong ownership of all project reporting/communication and governance requirements, internally and externally, at peer and executive levels (e.g. project governance, resource planning, KPIs).
  • Establish strong ownership of the full project life cycle, driving successful results through leadership from initiation to deployment of the project.
  • Effectively communicate complex information with varying levels of collaborators, including customers and stakeholders.
  • Support project costing initiatives and partner with Commercial, Portfolio, and R&D personnel to develop inputs to project proposals.
  • Coaches and mentors less experienced project managers (formally or informally).
  • Other duties as required or assigned.
