As corporate consulting team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. The following challenges await you:

  • As (Junior) PMO Development Manager (m/f/d) you are part of PMO team which is responsible for general program and project coordination of Excellence & Digital Hub. 
  • You and your colleagues create the necessary framework conditions for an efficient and effective way of working in our teams, so that the entire team can deliver the best possible results for our customers, the global business units of Heraeus.
  • You are responsible for initiatives on capability building built around our Excellence program.
  • You will plan and execute training and development formats.
  • You will support the teams in training coordination and learning administration.
  • You are in charge of the structured feedback processes with our customers and teams.
  • You will steer communication activities built around our Inhouse-Consulting program.

 

Your Profile:

  • Successful completion of studies in business administration or a comparable course of study
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in change management or personal and organizational development
  • Open communication style and the ability to bring people together
  • Showing initiative - "waiting for instructions" is not an option for you
  • Ability to structure topics and organizational strength
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Very familiar with the common MS Office applications and openness to new tools
