The following challenges await you:

  • Work with an internal matrix to guide activity on behalf of Customers.  
  • Ensure product development projects meet or exceed customer timing expectations.  
  • Accountable for developing the interface between technical customer requirements and optimization requests in production.
  • Direct and coordinate quoting and proposals. This includes product cost planning, technical specifications and quality-related documents such as work or inspection plans, and capacity plans.
  • Leading Communication to the customer, cultivate and enhance customer relationships
  • Deal with a variety of changing situations on a daily basis in cooperation with internal stakeholders; being the"point of contact" for the customer 
  • Engage your local site and other international production facilities to ensure alignment for seamless customer experience
  • Responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Enforce strategic sales plans for target accounts, identify growth - opportunities and exectute sales targets by pre/post sales activities
  • Close cooperation with prodution on forecasting and capacity planningOpportunity to visit customer facilities or trade shows and customer open house events


Your profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing and 5+ year's medical device industry preferred relevant experience.  
  • Technically oriented with experience in technical support or sales 
  • Engaging personality, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely organized: Able to plan, prioritize, and self-monitor workload, with attention to detail
  • Action Oriented: Strong sense of urgency, able to multitask 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems 
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required.
  • Above average reading, writing and oral English skills
  • Commercial Excellence and project management experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required
