Act as project leader for measurement projects/solutions.
Lead international projects accross different sites.
Improve standards towards efficiency, productivity and higher precission.
Evaluate new technologies and process opportunities in area of lasering.
Develope new standardized measurement methodology in different material combination and final product testing.

Your Profile:

University degree in Physics or comparable
Leadership-erperience, particularly for a team of highly educated specialist
Statistical knowledge (SixSigma - Blackbelt)
Experience in specific laser technologies or specific fields of measurement
Understanding of process evaluation methodes
Knowledge of process developement and MSA improvements
Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
