The following challenges await you:

  • You will support our Global Business Units to drive their digital transformation.
  • You thereby contribute significantly to optimizing and enhancing the customer experience in an end-to-end approach.
  • You develop customer-centric concepts and implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions.
  • You create analyses and collect customer insights in order to identify optimization potential according to user-oriented and business management perspectives, to prove hypotheses and develop recommendations for action.
  • You identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment and develop customized solutions with our IT partners.

 
Your profile:

  • Successfully graduated in business administration or an equal qualification with multiple years of experience in the areas of digital transformation, customer experience and customer journey design
  • Experience in strategic digital consulting with excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Profound know-how in the areas of marketing, CRM and e-commerce
  • Experience in Web Analytics based on Google Analytics as well as skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik) beneficial
  • Knowledge in the field of statistical analysis (e.g. predictive modeling, forecasting) desirable
