The following challenges await you:

  • As Digital Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d) you will support our business units in driving customer-centric digital transformation.
  • Through your proactive support of our business units, you will contribute significantly to the optimization and further development of the customer experience in an end-to-end approach.
  • You will develop customer-centric concepts, implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions.
  • You create analyses and collect customer insights in order to identify optimization potentials according to user-oriented and business aspects, to substantiate hypotheses and to derive recommendations for action.
  • You identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment, develop customized solutions with our IT partners and implement them together.

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in the areas of digital transformation, customer experience and customer journey design, implementation of digital initiatives
  • Experience from a strategy consultancy, digital agency or similar
  • Solid know-how in the areas of digital marketing, CRM, UX and e-commerce as well as very good project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in web analytics based on Google Analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis (including predictive modeling, forecasting) would be desirable
