The following challenges await you:

  • As Digital Customer Experience Excellence Manager (m/f/d), you will support our business units in driving forward the customer-centric digital transformation.
  • Your focus will be on innovative solutions along all Heraeus digital customer touchpoints. Together with our diverse teams of business and IT experts, you will develop customer-centric concepts, implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions.
  • You will create analyses and collect customer insights to identify optimization potential from a user-oriented and business perspective, prove hypotheses and derive recommendations for action.
  • You identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment, develop customized solutions with our IT partners and implement them together.
  • Through your proactive support of our business units, you will make a significant contribution to the optimization and further development of the customer experience in an end-to-end approach.

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed university studies in the business or technical/economic field (e.g. business administration or business informatics) or a comparable qualification 
  • Experience in the design and implementation of innovative solutions in the areas of marketing, sales or customer service using user-centered methods (e.g. personas, customer journeys) 
  • Interest in using data to improve the customer experience across all customer touchpoints, e.g. through lead management or intelligent recommendations
  • Very good project and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound know-how in the areas of digital marketing, CRM, UX and e-commerce desirable
  • Confident appearance with very good communication skills in German and English, assertiveness and a high degree of independence
