Your role and responsibilities:

  • By proactively supporting the business units, you can make a significant contribution to optimize and enhance the customer experience in an end-to-end approach.
  • You will develop customer-centric concepts and implement them in interdisciplinary teams and optimize digital customer touchpoints along all digital customer interactions.
  • You will create analyses and collect customer insights in order to identify optimization potential according to user-oriented and business management perspectives, to prove hypotheses and develop recommendations for action.
  • You identify relevant IT solutions in the customer experience environment and develop customized solutions with our IT partners.

 

What is required for this role:

  • Successfully graduated in business administration or an equal qualification
  • Multiple years of experience in the areas of customer experience and customer journey design
  • Experience in Web Analytics based on Google Analytics
  • Knowledge in the field of statistical analysis (e.g. predictive modeling, forecasting) would be desirable
  • Skills in data visualization tools (e.g. Qlik) are beneficial
  • Very good project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Profound know-how in the areas of marketing, CRM and e-commerce
