The following challenges await you:

  • Support the development of new materials and processes for power electronics, e.g. anorganic potting compoundsParticipation in the industrialization of the developed products and processes into production
  • Design, implementation and evaluation of suitable test series of PEM products with regard to processability at the customer's site and for the evaluation of product quality
  • Support in the development of requirement profiles for the development of new products for power electronics
  • Set-up, operation, maintenance and further development of a complex equipment portfolio for soldering and sintering processes, preparation of the required documentation
  • Collaboration in customer communication for product introduction in production as well as in case of quality issues
  • Support of TSM and Sales during the introduction of HET products at the customer's site

 

Your profile:

  • University degree (B. or M. Eng.) in the field of chemistry, chemical process engineering or a comparable field of study
  • Relevant professional experience in the field of formulation and/or industrialization, preferably for Electronic Materials
  • Basic knowledge from the field of chemistry, chemical process engineering Knowledge in the field of electronics, or power electronics desirable
  • Very good communication with employees, internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a motivated and reliable way of working
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
