The folliwing challenges await you:

  • In your role, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and long-term direction of Global Marketing & Sales Pharmaceuticals.
  • You will drive the expansion of product sales and gross profit in the Pharmaceutical Ingredients segment.
  • You will work closely with the Customer Service colleagues as well as the relevant service units and prepare offers for key accounts.
  • In addition, you will support and acquire customers and sales partners worldwide.
  • You are responsible for sales-related reporting and conduct market and product analyses.
  • You represent Pharmaceutical Ingredients at trade fairs, in the media, especially on social media, and constantly drive digitalization forward.
  • Last but not least, you will be responsible for sales budget planning, strategy and implementation as well as business plans, considering group and QA/compliance requirements.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a commercial or technical focus
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical, medical or chemical industry with frequent customer contact
  • Good IT skills and technical understanding
  • High willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Fluent Englisch, written and spoken
  • Leadership skills with intercultural understanding, assertiveness as well as consistent result and customer orientation
  • Resilient, team-oriented and loyal character with "staying power" to build long-term customer and partner relationships
