The following challenges await you:

In your role as Head of CC Material Services you will be responsible for the management of Custom SAP applications and processes in the area of Precious Metal Recycling, - Tracking and - Accounting.
You will be responsible for the Management of Master Data - and Migration Management.
The controlling of several cost centers and the associated budget is also part of your job.
You manage and controll demands, as well as small and medium sized projects.
You will support preparation and implementation of the transition to S/4 HANA and take over the Stream Lead role in the S/4 HANA program.
You will be the disciplinary leader of a global team of internal SAP consultants and coordinate our external consultants, vendors and IT managed applications.
Last but not least, you establish a professional network and an innovation-oriented exchange within and outside the company.

Your profile:

Completed university degree in Business Administration or IT
Leadership experience of medium sized, preferably agile teams
Experience in international projects or in an international working environment
Detailed knowledge of precious metal processes and the corresponding IT solutions beneficial
Basic knowledge in accounting, logistics and production processes
Experience in Agile Management, Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Organizational Change desirable
Structured, self-contained and committed working habit and ability to work in a team
Fluent in English and German in spoken and written
