As Corporate Consulting and Digitalization team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. The following challenges await you:

As Head of Commercial Excellence (m/f/d) you manage the commercial transformation at Heraeus.
In your role you are a thought partner to the leaders of Heraeus’ operating companies and consult them to realize performance improvement on strategic commercial topics such as marketing, sales, pricing, new business models, sustainability and more.
You initiate and guide Commercial Excellence engagements to drive performance improvements in our Operating Companies.
As people leader of 12 internal consultants with different consulting experience you support internal employees in the context of short assignments at Commercial Excellence.
As a board-2-position with direct access to multiple board members you are an exchange partner for the strategic development of commercial topics at Heraeus.

Your Profile:

Successful completion of studies in business administration or a comparable course of study
Several years of relevant professional and management experience with success in a strategic consultancy, or in a leading international B2B company
Extensive experience in multi-project management, executive stakeholder management, and client development
Excellent communication skills in German and English combined with an outstanding ability to structure complex problems
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and drive, eager to excite and lead people and the organization
Last but not least distinct strategic thinking with excellent business acumen
