  • Lead a multi-disciplinary product development team to launch new products or enhancements.
  • Accountable for the success of all innovation projects within the Business Line Power Electronic Materials
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making of the Business Line Power Electronic Materials
  • Empowering employees and teams to master their job and function effectively.
  • Develop a knowledge and data driven organization with state-of-the-art methods and digital tools and Implement and apply agile project management tools.
  • Plan and monitor the cost and effectiveness of R&D activities in respective development projects.
  • Optimize resources, priorities spending, and maintain professional standards.


Your Profile:

  • Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Material Science or comparable
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience leading product development and engineering efforts and 5+ years of managerial roles with line management and budget responsibility
  • Track record of people and organizational development
  • Excellent program management skills and proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget, knowledge of automotive core tools
  • Deep understanding of Materials development and Systems Integration for automotive and power electronics
  • Skilled in developing, designing and testing to specified reliability targets and able to grow product reliability performance post-launch
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills with ability to interact at all levels or functions of the organization
