As corporate consulting team at Heraeus, we know the challenges today's global manufacturing and service companies face. We work together closely and passionately with our colleagues in the business units on a wide range of business-relevant topics: From commercial, operational and supply chain excellence to digitalization of all functional areas. For this, we have deep expertise in IIoT, Industry 4.0, Robotics, Data Science and Customer Experience. To our internal and external customers, we offer content expertise, lead transformational projects and challenge the status quo.

 

The following challenges await you:

  • As Head of Project Management (m/f/d) you are part of and the link between the Excellence & Digital Hub Lead Team (Supply Chain Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Digital Business & Service Excellence, Digital Hub, Group Digital & Excellence Officer).
  • You will support the Excellence teams in the strategy formulation and planning and are responsible for initiatives built around our Excellence program, such as capability building and our sustainability as well as further projects.
  • You own special projects with strategic and firm-wide visibility.
  • You lead our PMO team and are responsible for general program and project coordination.
  • You and your team create the necessary framework conditions for an efficient and effective way of working in our teams, so that the entire team can deliver the best possible results for our customers, the global business units of Heraeus.


Your profile:

  • Successful completion of studies in business administration or a comparable course of study
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in change management or personal and organizational development
  • Complex situations inspire you: Your strengths lie in the analysis of facts and situations, the derivation of suitable measures as well as the implementation of them
  • Open communication style and the ability to bring people together
  • Experience in creating presentations for top management
  • Structuring skills and organizational strength
  • Very familiar with the common MS Office applications
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
