The following challenges await you:

  • Successful qualification of Heraeus materials in customers applications as basis for future business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationship with customers especially at CTO and Technical Director level.
  • Analysis and evaluation of market trends and competition as basis for strategic decisions.
  • Mentor, manage and develop the technical team in EMEA.
  • Close collaboration, planning and teamwork with Innovations in respect of customers perspective and needs.
  • Multi-Project-Management with internal and external partners from concept to successful closing.
  • Use of supporting tools like CRM, War Room, BBSC and Winning Sales Plan for coordination and realization of projects as well as for the monthly reporting.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed technical studies specifically in materials science, engineering, physics or comparable disciplines
  • Several years of professional experience in comparable positions
  • Strong industry knowledge in Automotive, Power Electronics, Semiconductor Packaging and Packaging of Integrated Circuits
  • Solid network und relationships to key decision-makers in those markets
  • High level of persuasion, strategic thinking and communication capabilities
  • Strong ability to empathize with customers and develop individual solutions to best fulfill customer's expectations
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
