The following challenges await you:

  • As a Sales Manager you are responsible for Sales of Precious Metal Recycling Services in an international environment working with customers from various industries.
  • You will work closely with trading, operations and other precious metals related departments and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. 
  • You support project topics in alignment with the Head of Sales.
  • Furthermore your learn to develop the market and asses the competitive landscape in order to implement a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds the revenue and profitability targets.
  • You provide timely account, market and territory reports.
  • In addition, the Preparation of Quotations and Negotiation of Contracts are also an exciting part of your tasks.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor`s or Masters' Degree in Business, Economics, Chemical, or any other related field
  • Basic understanding in the field of precious metals or willingness to dive into the market
  • Hands-on mentality, high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
  • Basic Know-How in CRM systems desirable and well experienced in MS Office applications such as Power Point and Excel
  • Willingness to travel (25-50%) and fluent German and English skills
  • You have first sales and or travel experience? Excellent. If not, you will get it with this role.
