The following challenges await you:

You are the first point of contact for global questions in the area of controlling and finance for the operating divisions of the Heraeus Group and the management.
You will accompany the internal Group reporting for the actual, budget and forecast processes as well as their consolidation and data analysis.
Your responsibilities will also include controlling projects such as the design, implementation and execution of new financial processes in CCH(R) Tagetik.
In addition, the further development of central governance specifications, as well as the initiation of measures to increase data quality in Controlling are part of your responsibilities.
You will work in a small team with global responsibility.
Your work is characterized by close cooperation with the Business Controlling department and various central functions.

Your Profile:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field with a focus on finance and controlling
First professional experience in the finance or IT area of a manufacturing and global company or in consulting
Existing knowledge in the use of CPM or consolidation tools such as CCH® Tagetik
Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and SAP
Experience in using BI / reporting tools (Lumira, Analysis for Office and Qlik) is an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong analytical thinking, quick comprehension and initiative in the implementation of objectives
Confident interaction with business partners and colleagues as well as strong communication skills and experience in project work
