Lead a multi-disciplinary product development team to launch new products.
Successfully execute product development projects.
Plan and monitor the cost and effectiveness of R&D activities in respective development projects.
Optimize resources, priorities spending, and maintain professional standards.
Contribute to the product development roadmap for Heraeus Electronics.
Develop a knowledge and data driven organization with state-of-the-art methods and digital tools.

Your profile:

Master's Degree in Material Science, Chemistry or Electrical Engineering
Relevant professional experience in leading materials development projects and several years of project management
Experience with leading multi-disciplined project Teams
Excellent program management skills and proven track record of delivering products on time and within budget
Deep understanding of Materials development and Systems Integration for power electronics
Strong networker, with established relationships to academic and industrial players
