The following challenges await you:

  • In your role, you will support the Process Manager Recycling and Precious Metal Tracking with daily tasks.
  • In addition, you will accompany process changes and improvements from the request to the release and, together with the management on site, control the transfer to the operational implementation.
  • You also support worldwide rollouts in coordination with the IT consultants of the Competence Centre, introduce newly appointed key users and train them.
  • Furthermore, you will independently develop, collect and prepare key figures, which will serve as a basis for decision-making.
  • Last but not least, you will conduct process reviews, rework them and also follow up on the measures taken.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable training with professional experience in the precious metal environment with a focus on PM accounting/controlling as well as PM logistics/security.
  • Experience with precious metal relevant topics in connection with recycling, tracking and logistics as well as their upstream and downstream processes
  • Strong knowledge of Heraeus' own logistics processes for WM and IM, but especially in the EWM environment
  • Process and methodological knowledge to optimize existing processes and to (co-)develop new PM processes
  • Good analytical skills, an eye for what is feasible and the motivation to keep up to date with and actively develop methods
  • Confident spoken and written English and willingness to travel internationally
