Your role and responsibilities: 

  • In this role you support the regional implementation of the EHS Framework.
  • You establish and organize the EMEA EHS assessment team and conduct together with the team yearly EHS site assessments.
  • Furthermore you support the regions with compliance checks of respective sites as well as support and advise the EMEA sites for specific EHS topics.
  • As first contact for the region you will also support our sites with regards to the existing EHS software (e.g. Incident Reporting and Risk Assessment). 
  • With your broad global EHS-knowledge you help to asses EHS training needs as well as advice and support the sites within your region regarding regional roll-out of EHS focus campaigns, tools and best practices. 


What is required for this role:

  • Successfully completed university degree 
  • Broad professional experience of minimum 5 years in Senior EHS roles
  • Sound understanding of a variety of EHS topics
  • Lateral leadership ability as well as the ability to communicate in different hierachies and cultures
  • International experience desirable 
  • Willingness to travel as well as good german and english language skills
