The following challenges await you:

  • Your role is versatile: From the development of a Key Account Strategy in alignment with the global sales strategy to the support of international customers.
  • Through sustainable support of existing and acquisition of new accounts you will ensure a sustainable sales development. 
  • In particular you are in charge of managing and coordinating our customers in the industrial segment in South West Europe.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the technical consulting of customers with focus on sensor assemblies. 
  • You understand customers’ technologies as well as their applications and lead discussions to find best solutions.
  • By forecasting customer demands in a regular frequency, you directly support our S&OP process and secure a smooth supply chain.
  • Documentation of opportunities and tracking of projects ensures that your growth topics are linked with all relevant members of the team.

 

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies with a commercial or technical focus
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales and value selling of sensor solutions or electronic components as well as managing larger and multinational accounts
  • Advanced negotiation and account management skills
  • Indirect leadership experience and intercultural understanding
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken), French is a plus
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30 %)
