The following challanges await you:

  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling precious metals recycling services and will be the point of contact for customers from various industries and markets
  • You will work closely with trading, operations and other precious metals related departments and maintain relationships with key customers
  • You are responsible for budget planning and support project issues in coordination with the Head of Sales
  • You will use your expertise in market development and competitive analysis to implement a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds revenue and profitability targets, in addition to preparing customer, market, and territory reports
  • Furthermore, your tasks include the preparation of proposals and the negotiation of contracts 

 

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in business administration, economics, engineering or equivalent
  • Basic understanding in the field of precious metals desirable
  • Hands-on mentality, strategic thinking, high sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills
  • Structured working style as well as ability understand customer needs and create value for our global customers in a chemical environment
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and MS Office applications
  • Willingness to travel (25-50%) and fluent German and English skills
  • Location of position is Hanau or alternatively at one of our European locations
