•    Identify and initiate innovative ideas for New Product Development in the field of electronics packaging materials.
•    Apply job experience and technical as well as engineering knowledge to execute project tasks.
•    Plan and execute development projects and report results to top management.
•    Understand customer requirements and translate into product specifications.
•    Represent Heraeus in public funded research programs and projects.
•    Solve complex technical and scientific problems in our team of experts.
•    Support internal and external customers with your expertise.
•    Prepare and present technical presentations and publications for internal and external events and conferences.

 

Your profile: 

•    Degree in Chemistry, Materials Science or Materials Technology or related fields of technology
•    Min 5 years in solder flux or sinter paste development or similar industry (Paint, epoxy, etc.) are ideal
•    Hands on experience and knowledge of solder, sinter or other assembly materials in electronic packaging are highly welcome
•    Understanding of Solder Flux/Powder/Paste chemistry and their interaction
•    Practical experience in application of agile or other project management tools
•    Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma and DOE methodology are a plus
