The following challenges await you:

  • Steer the financial activities and contribute to the achievement of the financial targets of our Hanau site, a centerpiece of our global footprint with 100m+ EUR revenue and 400+ employees  
  • Lead a small local finance team
  • Become a member of the site leadership team and serve as financial advisor to the Head of Site Operations
  • Be responsible for the site’s monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting processes incl. closings and forecasts
  • Drive fact-based decision making by preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to the site management and to Heraeus Medevio Executive Leadership Team
  • Manage the site’s annual budget preparation
  • Prepare costings and investment business cases
  • Oversee the investment and spending plans


Your profile:

  • 3+ years experience with Operations controlling, ideally within an international manufacturing environment
  • Exhibit a proactive, open, and hands-on attitude coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen
  • Show strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to apply different analytical approaches to business needs
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills (German and English)
  • Highly skilled in MS-Excel, equipped with prior experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP); prior know-how in BI tools is a plus
  • Enjoy being a team player in a local site and global finance organization
