The following challenges await you:

  • Your role is multifaceted: in technical customer consulting, you will develop customer-oriented solutions for national and international customers in the field of electrical contacts.
  • An intensive exchange with the customer is important: Therefore, you regularly conduct global customer visits and thus form the necessary network with the customers on a technical level.
  • Due to your role as global technical customer representative, you act as a direct contact person for our customers.
  • You also attach great importance to internal cooperation and ensure good collaboration with interface departments such as Process Engineering, Product Management, Quality Engineering & R&D.
  • You support the regional Sales Representative in case of opportunities and take over the technical consulting and support.
  • Together with our customers you will develop new ideas and products.
  • You keep an eye on market trends and competitive activities and incorporate these into your ideas.


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or materials and production engineering
  • Business in technical sales is known and familiar to you for many years
  • Good knowledge of electrical contact technology and the semiconductor market is an advantage
  • Know how in the field of precious metal processing is desirable
  • Very good written and spoken German as well as good English skills
  • Flexibility, communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High willingness to travel and intercultural competence
