The following tasks await you:

  • In your Role you will be responsible for the user support and answering user’s questions when they are using the CRM system. This also includes pushing users to comply with our CRM KPIs.
  • Your tasks will also include creating reports, such as a monthly Opportunity Pipeline Report. 
  • You will support the project team to implement a new CRM system, support the creation of training materials and – after you got familiar with the CRM system - you will conduct trainings (webinars) yourself.
  • In addition, correcting data issues in Excel and CRM as well as CRM KPI related cleanup issues (e.g. regular review of unclassified customer) are part of your Role.
  • You can optimally expand your theoretical understanding with practical application - during the semester a maximum of 20 hours per week, during the lecture-free period also possible full-time if required.

What is required for this Role:

  • Enrolled Student in Business University or similar program throughout the whole employment period; similar work experience is a plus
  • Affinity for working with IT-related systems
  • Very good user expertise of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point; ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM 
  • Excellent communication skills and very good English and German, both written and spoken
  • Independent, detail-oriented work ethic and ability to take on responsibility
  • Open and self-confident personality who enjoys working as part of a cross-cultural tea
