The Inside Sales Manager proactively develops the C customer business for assigned markets/customers. Furthermore, he/she backs-up the team of Sales Managers by identifying large opportunities and initiating the contact with these potential customers.


Your Role an Responsibilities:

  • Develops the business by actively following up on existing leads and listing new potential customers in the defined market segments
  • Starts a business relation with potential customers by initiating conversations and generating interest through cold calling
  • Maintains the existing C-customer base and sustains the relationships by regular follow up via phone
  • Develops an own opportunity funnel
  • Identifies public tenders and prepares quotes in cooperation with the Sales Managers
  • Checks, communicates and confirms product price and availability
  • Supports sales management in the definition of the sales and marketing strategy
  • Understands for customer price targets and competitive offering, negotiates pricing to ensure both short term and long-term company interest
  • Provides market feedback to Sales management


What is require for this role:

  • > 3 years proven inside sales experience
  • Proven and successful track record in reaching ambitious goals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English, more European languages preferred
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics
