The following challenges await you:
- You are responsible for controlling in one of the main production areas.
- You actively support production as a commercial sparring partner to keep up with demand growth and evaluate investment scenarios and process optimizations.
- You are responsible for the P&L and balance sheet of the production area.
- You work closely with all production functions and derive measures to optimize processes and the efficiency of the value stream.
- You are also responsible for regular monitoring of key performance indicators, increasing transparency, and deviation analysis.
- You structure, identify, and present budget planning, forecasting, monthly reporting to stakeholders.
- Finally, you proactively ensure data quality, seek improvement potentials, and optimize controlling systems and tools.
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or related fields (e.g., industrial engineering, business informatics) with a focus on finance/controlling.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a controller in a manufacturing company.
- Very good knowledge of SAP (especially FI/CO), a good understanding of processes, as well as good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel), BI/AO, and QLIK are desirable.
- Affinity and enthusiasm for a wide variety of production processes.
- High demand for data and decision quality, reliability of systems, and pronounced analytical thinking with the ability to quickly understand complex issues.
- Willingness to take responsibility (proactive action; taking the initiative to complete tasks).
- Flexibility, independent working methods, teamwork, and a high level of commitment, ambition, and resilience.
- Fluent German language skills.
