The following challenges await you:

You manage optics product portfolio incl. product roadmaps, positioning, and value propositions.
You are responsible for product lifecycle management.
Based on regular detailed cost, pricing, and profitability analysis you set the pricing policy and provide pricing tools.
Through customer’s perspective you give input to the innovation roadmap, decide on new products and product modifications.
Moreover, you give technical support to our international sales and customer service team incl. first article process.
You support sales in creating and winning opportunities.
You create and manage technical specifications and documents.

Your profile:

Master’s degree in Physics, Material Science, or adjacent subjects
Expert knowledge on optics applications, fused silica materials and corresponding production processes
English and German skills in speaking and writing
More than five years experience in working with international customers
Good knowledge of MS Offices and SAP
Presentation skills especially for technical content
Enthusiastic for highly technical products that require explanation
